Box Truck Driver Catering

For our client in Maastricht, we are looking for an enthusiastic box truck driver who loves being on the road and hands-on work. You will join a logistics service provider that plays an important role in supplying the foodservice sector. From the base in Maastricht, you ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and neatly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a box truck driver, you are responsible for delivering catering products to restaurants, cafes, companies, and institutions. You drive fixed or varying routes and ensure that orders are delivered correctly and on time. Your working day usually starts between 05:00 and 07:00 and ends, depending on your route, between 16:00 and 18:00. Once every two weeks you work on Saturday, for which you receive an extra allowance or can take a day off during the week.

What will you do?

• Delivering orders via fixed or varying routes
• Loading and unloading goods (on heavier routes together with a co-driver)
• Ensuring correct and timely delivery
• Customer contact and providing service on location
• Driving mainly regional routes
• You are the calling card on the road and at the customer

With your service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility, you ensure satisfied customers every day.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE?

• You are in possession of a driving license C and code 95;
• You have a valid driver card;
• You have no problem with physical work such as lifting and walking

HOW WE PAY YOU BACK?

• An hourly wage between 16.64 and 20.24 per hour;
• Travel allowance from 10 km single journey (home-work);
